Your contribution to our shared success

As a Sales Specialist for the region of Steiermark/Kärnten/Südburgenland in the Medical Surgical area, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge strategically to advance our shared success. Your responsibilities include:

• Systematic market processing and new customer acquisition including all sales promotion measures and close cooperation with all departments
• Sustainable improvement of the revenue development by ensuring a consistent expansion of the existing customer base and placing all Solventum Medical Surgical products and services with existing customers
• Development of sales strategies with the goal of sustainable revenue and result development in the relevant target groups in the acute and extramural area
• Active new customer acquisition through strategic offer presentation
• Continuous knowledge expansion or updating in the area of the product portfolio

Company vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which requires the candidate to have a valid driver's license.

These are your competencies

• Completed training in the healthcare sector or a commercial qualification
• Experience in the healthcare market
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Communication skills and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Office
• Sales experience

A minimum salary (fixed and variable component) of € 49,000.00 brutto/year with willingness to overpay, depending on your qualification and professional experience, is provided.
