The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Maintain and build territory sales, driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography
  • Accountable for fiscal growth targets and budgets
  • Educate healthcare staff on products, standards, and guidelines, positioning Solventum as a solutions provider
  • Work and collaborate with Solventum internal sales and marketing team
  • Manage long selling cycles consisting of multiple touch points

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in business, health sciences, and/or marketing (completed and verified prior to start) and Two (2) years of healthcare/medical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • OR
  • High school diploma or higher and Five (5) years of healthcare/medical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

  • Able to successfully pass a Pre-Hire Motor vehicle screening assessment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience with surgical and sterilization products (reduction of surgical site complications, infection prevention solutions and MDRD experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
  • Strong business acumen with clear understanding of healthcare sales & marketing processes
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)

Work location: Choose Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
