Inside Sales Rep at NorthEast Electrical is the ideal position for a person who has a passion for taking care of customers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will provide retail and professional customers with a high level of customer service; as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and ensuring it is displayed in a clean and organized manner.

What a typical day looks like in this role:

-Grow sales and gross margin; take orders over the phone, in person and via our Digital Tools.

-Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required.

-Provide customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.

-Responsible to participate in on-going training for Digital Tools.

-Utilize resources inside and outside the company to assist in closing sales and providing service.

-Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting our digital tools to enhance the customers buying experience.

-Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share.

-Back up and provide assistance to the counter.

-Perform other duties as required or directed by Manager.

What we are looking for you to bring us:

Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation.

Strong customer service/communication skills, electrical or construction is helpful.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Dependable and a strong work ethic

The ability to work in a team setting

Electrical Distribution experience is preferred
