Lighting Showroom Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and energetic showroom salesperson for our Greenwood Village location. Our showroom sales team provides sales and design services to trade/design customers, and retail customers. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and creativity and is eager to assist our clients find the right lighting solutions while driving sales and delivering a first-class customer experience.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with walk-in clients and appointments at our showroom using consultative selling skills
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
• Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
• Continually improve sales skills as well as knowledge of products and industry trends
• Build rapport with clients to create long-term relationships
• Minimize returns through customer assistance, thoughtful selections, and excellent follow-up with vendors and customers.

What you'll bring:

• Passion for home trends and/or design building/remodeling
• Enthusiastic attitude in a retail customer-facing environment
• 1 year sales experience, home furnishings or lighting is a plus
• Must demonstrate maturity in judgement, commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Pre-hire (post offer) background check and drug screen required

Schedule: Will include working 1-2 weekends per month. Hours 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Compensation: $22+ per hour and commission plan
