Annual Salary Range: $40k-$150k based on commission

90-day guarantee at $3K/month for new hires while you train

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance by meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and ensure customer satisfaction through comprehensive delivery and explanation of features and warranties.
• Develop and maintain a prospect and follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay current with inventory, vehicle features, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• At least 1-3 years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• CDJR brand and/or domestic brand experience.

Required:

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
