What if you join our teams as a Sales Account Manager?
Your missions:
- Implement the strategy on the assigned client perimeter
- Chase new opportunities and capture them in a shared forecast with the sales team. To this end, define a prospecting plan (calls, meetings, lobbying, etc.) and the implementation of the plan with specific weekly milestones.
- Take charge of the relationship with the clients, from the creation of an opportunity to the order.
- Propose and follow a prioritized action plan for all its opportunities.
- Review the opportunities and the action plan each week with the technical teams of the agency and the sales director.
- Ensure the weekly reporting based on the Agency review
- Update the forecasts (CRM)
- Ensure the healthy growth of its turnover, its forecasts, and the success of their transformation
- Intervene actively in the recovery of irrecoverable debts at the request of the technical or financial teams
- Ensure the link between the technical manager, the sales manager of the agency and proactive intervention for each resolution.
- Ensure the update of all sales databases
- Ensure the communication and provision of necessary information to the Back Office, in order to maintain an active backup and facilitate the daily tasks of the sales team.
- Define a forecast that anticipates market fluctuations.
- Ensure a watch of product trends & customer news on its perimeter and share it with the technical and managerial teams.
For proposals, the salesperson is responsible for:
- The production of commercial offers in coordination with the technical teams with the support of the Back-Office team
- The quality and speed of response of the technical and commercial offers
- The calculation of the profitability of each project respecting the established rules and obtaining the necessary validation from the Agency
