NA Sales Representative, Data Platform SLED - PA

We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated person. This position is responsible for new account development and/or growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory, specifically for State & Local Government.

A NA Sales Rep works to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle's end-to-end cloud products and solutions across the PaaS pillar via private or public cloud. Responsibilities include:

  • Account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
  • Coordination with the sales team to support account sales and business development strategies.
  • Identifying and engaging the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.
  • Following all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
  • Ensuring that the company's sales programs are known and completed in assigned territory.
  • Achieving or exceeding the quarterly and annual sales goals for both cloud solutions and their respective on-prem solutions.

The role may require frequent travel.

Sales Portfolio:

  • Platform as a Service (PaaS) - Oracle Cloud Data Platform as a Service (PaaS) helps enterprise IT and independent software vendor (ISV) developers rapidly build and deploy rich applications - or extend Oracle Cloud SaaS apps - using an enterprise-grade cloud platform based on Oracle's data.

Responsibilities include selling technology software products and related services in a defined territory. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, managing accounts, and leveraging the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
