We are seeking an experienced account manager to manage our inside sales customers and Lead Generation program across all business units. This role is critical in nurturing and following up on inbound leads generated from various channels, including website traffic and trade shows. The ideal candidate will excel in addressing and resolving queries from both potential and existing customers, selling new accounts, upgrading and cross-selling existing accounts, renewing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service and support that contributing significantly to our business growth.
Lead Management and Qualification: Effectively nurture inbound leads from diverse sources, ensuring timely follow-up, initial contact, investigation, and qualification to move prospects through the sales funnel. Work with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and followed up.
Strategy Development: Supporting the business, market directors, and premium account managers on implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies to create awareness and drive interest in our products/services. Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels to reach them.
Campaign Management: Manage lead generation process from end-to-end, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to demand and lead generation activities. Use the data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Complaint Resolution: Promptly respond to and handle customer complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database, including customer contact information, notes, and lead details.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with account managers and technical service personnel to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $75,600 - $94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
