What You'll Do:
Engage with pre-qualified leads who have already requested information—no cold calling.
Educate individuals and families on their insurance options and help them select the right plan.
Build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
Close sales using a consultative, needs-based approach.
Meet and exceed performance targets with integrity and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
HLLQP Licensed (or willingness to become licensed—we can help with that)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you!
