- Responsible for developing the outbound marketing setup and identifying customers in target markets - Conduct cold outreach, mailings, and social media campaigns to engage new customers - Automate and improve internal processes and quality standards - Work on building a sales pipeline for the SaaS company - Contribute to the strategic growth and future APR expansion of the company

- Experience in outbound marketing and lead generation, particularly in the automotive, food, or pharma industries - Strong analytical skills and structured, goal-oriented work approach - Comfortable communicating in German and English with business partners at various levels - Background in business engineering, economics, or related fields - Enthusiastic about interacting with potential customers and taking on challenges
