- Build strong relationships with customers in Automotive, Food & Beverage, and Electronics industries, optimizing inventory management, reducing downtime, and cutting costs
- Take responsibility for global Key Accounts, developing long-term customer relationships and driving revenue and upselling activities
- Represent SPARETECH at customer sites and trade shows domestically and internationally
- Collaborate with the product team to contribute significantly to the software's development
- Opportunity to be a central pillar of SPARETECH's success in the early stages of the startup by bringing in your own ideas and participating in decision-making
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced B2B Enterprise Sales professional with a track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Ability to inspire customers and colleagues to embrace new approaches in the digital spare parts world
- Strong background in manufacturing environments, understanding maintenance, production, and maintenance department responsibilities firsthand
- Previous sales experience in Automotive, Food & Beverage, or Electronics industries with an established network
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, fluent in German and English, confident in communicating with customers and partners at various levels
