Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to handle the full sales cycle—from responding immediately to web leads and phone inquiries, to reactivating past clients and following up on warm prospects generated by our calling service. You'll conduct discovery calls, schedule site visits, build relationships, and close deals. This is consultative, relationship-focused B2B sales, not cold calling or script reading. You'll eventually manage the accounts you close.

What You'll Do

  • Own all inbound response (web leads, phone calls) and convert to sales
  • Follow up on service-generated leads, reactivate dormant accounts, and pursue strategic targets
  • Conduct discovery calls and site surveys to qualify and close opportunities
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and build long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales team on quoting and project handoff

Required Technical Skills

  • CRM experience (Active Campaign, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable handling inbound phone calls and inquiries
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles

Desired Technical Skills

  • Experience or knowledge in signage, print, large-format graphics, or visual communications
  • Familiarity with project management or quoting software
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or graphic design software
  • Experience selling to corporate, healthcare, education, or event sectors

Location & Work Environment

Location: Boca Raton, FL (in-person role) Travel Required: Local travel primarily in the greater Boca Raton area; occasional extended travel (10-15% of time) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (rare weekend needs)

Compensation

Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/year Commission: 5% on all closed revenue (paid when client pays) OTE (On-Target Earnings): $65,000 - $85,000+ Year 1 Benefits
