As our business continues to grow at lightning speed, we are looking for talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Israel and help us on our journey to revolutionize the publishing landscape. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and guide authors through the publishing process. You'll be responsible for managing leads, tracking interactions, and optimizing your sales process using Salesforce.

Working Hours: Full-time, Hybrid - shifts covering US Eastern time zones (15:00-23:00)

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and understand their publishing needs and goals.
  • Present the value proposition of Spines' AI-driven publishing services effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective authors and act as their trusted advisor.

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Proven sales experience - preferably in inside sales or B2C sales
  • Strong closing skills—you know how to turn a conversation into a deal
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM—ability to log and track customer interactions
  • Resilience and adaptability—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-time availability, working US hours (Eastern or Pacific Time shifts), Sunday to Thursday.

Advantages:

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or JustCall is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the publishing industries.
  • A strong connection to American culture and understanding of the US market.
