✨ About The Role
- Lead the full-cycle sales process, focusing on outbound activities such as lead generation, service presentation, proposal elaboration, and closing deals
- Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets
- Conduct companies research based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Agency team to generate leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and contribute to refining the sales process
- Attend conferences, conduct webinars, and maintain relationships with prospects to enhance brand awareness and maximize success
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Account Executive with a minimum of 5-8 years in a similar sales role, preferably in the IT services or marketing agencies industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including C-level titles
- Proven track record of success in negotiating long-term contracts and driving revenue growth to meet sales targets
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work, with the ability to prioritize key opportunities and manage multiple sales-related tasks simultaneously
