Spotter is looking for 2 Regional Sales Managers (NYC) to drive digital advertising revenue by leveraging our premium YouTube inventory. One position will cover OMG, Dentsu and Stagwell, and the other will cover Publicis. This role is perfect for a strategic sales leader with deep expertise in video advertising, strong agency and brand relationships, and a proven ability to navigate the evolving digital media landscape.
As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing a key territory while also leading and mentoring a team of Account Directors focused on major holding company partnerships. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate across teams to develop strategies that accelerate growth.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $200K-$240K salary per year plus commission. The range listed is just one component of Spotter's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
