✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving the entire sales process with prospective customers and expanding existing accounts in the mid-market segment
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives and guide them on effectively using Sprig's product
- Develop and execute a sales strategy in alignment with the Head of Sales, utilizing methodologies like MEDDPICC and MEDDICC
- Own the relationship with mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities for customers to expand their usage of Sprig
- Work cross-functionally with BDRs, Marketing, and CSM teams to align product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback

- Experienced SaaS Account Executive with a track record of closing both new and expansion deals in the mid-market segment
- Self-motivated individual with a competitive mindset and a history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for product usage
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDICC and a proactive approach to generating outbound pipeline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and focused on continuous improvement
