The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy in the region. This role involves leading the development and execution of the sales strategy for a defined region in collaboration with the sales team, other departmental leaders, and external partners to meet goals and objectives and help drive the company’s growth.
In addition, the RSM is responsible for the development and management of account contacts, leads, and initiatives. The RSM manages overall revenue, profitability, and productivity throughout the region. To be successful in this role, strong knowledge of account management, strategic planning, CRM utilization, and business leadership is required.

Base salary for this position is typically in the range of $124,800.00 to $168,300.00 Annually. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
