Job Purpose:
Sales and New Business Manager will drive agency growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across various industries. This role leads outreach efforts, identifies & responds to RFPs and builds strong new client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record in revenue generation within the advertising sector.
Responsibilities And Tasks:
Conduct outreach and identify qualified leads in line with the annual new business strategy, while leading on commercial proposals and required documentation.
Achieve revenue targets by uncovering new market opportunities and presenting tailored service offerings in collaboration with the team.
Regularly update the sales pipeline, report key insights, and refine strategies to align with business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitors to develop proactive, customized briefs based on client needs in Egypt and the broader GCC region (as needed).
Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, engaging new clients and agency partners to deliver impactful solutions. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
