Job Purpose:
To recruit prospective students and achieve sales targets for the university's distance learning academic and training programs by providing professional educational consultation and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Contact prospective students via phone, email, and social media platforms.
2. Provide detailed information about academic programs, tuition fees, study system, and accreditations.
3. Convert inquiries into successful enrollments in line with approved sales strategies.
4. Follow up consistently with leads until the enrollment process is completed.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
6. Accurately update and maintain student data in the CRM system.
7. Participate in marketing campaigns, virtual fairs, and educational events.
Prepare periodic sales performance reports and analyze results.
