- Utilizing data-driven insights to continually refine and improve enablement strategies

- Proven experience in sales enablement, specifically leading a region (5+ years)
- Expertise in building world-class training and development programs with measurable results
- Strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally with various teams
- Strong knowledge of existing enablement tools like Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong, etc
- Self-starter who is comfortable vocalizing insights and opinions
