Today, DEWALT is one of the leading actors and is on an exciting growth journey with its dealers. DEWALT is looking to strengthen its sales team with three new Regional Managers End User Specialists to serve the end customer in the areas:
- Mid Norway (desired place of residence Trondheim or Molde)
About the Role
In the role of DEWALT End User Specialist, you will focus your work primarily on the plumbing, electrical and industrial sectors. You will become part of the DEWALT team in Norway and have a key role in a strong and dynamic regional team. The week is planned from the home office and consists of visits to both new and existing customers in the sales district. Here you will present news, train and provide advice and guidance to end users on solutions.
Specific tasks may include:
Generating/following up on leads
Booking meetings with end customers
Identifying needs within electrical tools, accessories and hand tools
Preparing bids
Presenting, selling and product training to end users
Participating in meetings and demos
Serving third-party customers
About You
To become a strong candidate for the role of DEWALT End User Specialist, you should have experience with professional tools either as a craftsman or experience in sales to plumbing, electrical, and industrial sectors. You should thrive in working independently, well-supported by strong IT tools in everyday life, and communicate well in Norwegian and English, both written and verbally.
As a colleague, you will describe yourself as a team player, and someone who goes the extra mile to achieve results. Since the team is known for stepping up and helping when needed, you are motivated to achieve both your own and common goals. You have good experience in creating strong customer relationships based on trust and where customers experience you as professional when you present new products to them with professional pride.
