- The District Sales Manager will work remotely in the Eastern Massachusetts market as part of the Mac Tools team.
- Responsibilities include achieving the annual operating plan by collaborating with distributors to increase route averages.
- The role involves conducting Field Excellence Meetings every 60 days and effective work-withs 3-4 days per week.
- The position requires conducting new franchisee training and setting up new start trucks.
- The manager will also manage regional credits and adjustments and perform route surveys for new starts.
- Participation in Student Tech shows is expected to promote the brand and engage with potential distributors.
- The role includes a two-week training period at the beginning and potentially additional training as needed.
