Senior Inside Sales Specialist

As a Senior Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic growth across Quill's largest and most complex customers. This is a consultative, high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing outcomes, and building long-term customer partnerships. You'll act as a trusted advisor, category expert, and senior collaborator—helping shape account strategy, win enterprise-level opportunities, and deliver meaningful value for customers across the U.S.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive high conversion rates on complex, high-value opportunities while maintaining approved margin guidelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed net sales, margin, and growth targets across strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers and Field Sellers to support Quill's largest, highest-value customers.
- Lead consultative sales motions for complex, multi-stakeholder deals requiring customized solutions and strategic pricing.
- Manage and prioritize multiple high-value lead channels with a focus on revenue impact.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Quill's product offerings, pricing strategies, and solutions to influence buying decisions.
- Own, forecast, and manage a robust opportunity pipeline in CRM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Pipeline SOPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, merchants, vendors, and internal partners to design comprehensive customer solutions.
- Grow share of wallet through vendor consolidation, account expansion, and deeper account penetration strategies.

What's needed – Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 12 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a results-driven environment.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
What's needed – Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of category-specific products and services (Technology, Furniture, Print/Promotional, or Large Volume Quotes).
- Experience supporting complex or enterprise-level customer accounts.
- Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales conversations and negotiations.
- Comfort leveraging CRM tools and data to guide strategy and decision-making.
