We are looking for an experienced sales individual with a proven track record of sourcing new clients and closing deals that generate new revenue for the company. Specializing in Private Markets with a strong focus and knowledge of Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Assets and EMEA private fund domiciles and structures the candidate will understand the requirements of PM managers and have an established influencer network in the space. As a part of our sales team, the ideal candidate should have proven track record to penetrate new prospect organizations to introduce State Street, convey our value, and generate opportunities to grow business. Extensive industry and product experience will enable this candidate to target new prospects in a particular sector relating to: Private Markets. This role is primarily intended to be located in the United Kingdom, but other locations are possible. This role will travel extensively within the assigned segment and region.
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Institutional Services (SSIS) and the Client Coverage Team. This senior sales position will have primary responsibility for driving the execution of Institutional Services sales strategy for an assigned segment (Private Markets) within EMEA. This is a new business sales role, requiring you to work with the generalist sales team to research opportunities, initiate discussions, build prospect relationships and referral networks, manage sales process and close deals that generate new revenue for the company.

15+ years successful sales experience
Deep financial services background and experience in the Private Markets segment, Private credit, real assets and/or private equity experience is required
