✨ About The Role
- The Regional Director of Sales will report to the VP of North American Sales and will be responsible for direct sales activities within their assigned region.
- This role involves executing the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the VP of NA Sales.
- The candidate will be expected to build, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline effectively within a specific geographical territory.
- Consistently identifying new sales opportunities and actively closing deals with new and potential clients is a primary responsibility.
- The role requires preparing accurate sales quotes and negotiating contracts and pricing to win new business.
- Maintaining accurate records of account targets, leads, prospects, and business development activities in the CRM system is essential.
- The candidate may be required to prospect in person locally and/or travel as needed to meet sales objectives.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in hospitality software or SaaS sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining key decision-maker relationships within the hospitality sector is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with new and potential clients are critical for achieving monthly sales goals.
- The successful individual will have hands-on experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and be diligent in following up on leads and prospects.
