Job Title
Responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering & storing data for quotes & orders. Works closely with all departments, DSM's, customers & other plant locations.
Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & NMBS OIS & JEDI systems
- Data entry for preparing quotes & setting up purchased projects
- Answer phones & communicate with customers & DSM's
- Filing & organization of quote & project files
Qualifications
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills – both written & verbal
- Strong math skills
- Working accurately & efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated & results driven
