Regional Sales Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Prepares an annual forecast, objectives, and business plan for regional sales activity, in conjunction with the Regional Director.
  • Achieve the forecast, objectives, and business plan by managing and working with the resources needed to accomplish.
  • Actively monitors and manages sales progress to forecast, objectives, and business plan.
  • Facilitates optimum customer satisfaction with existing customers and develops relationships with new and prospective customers to expand market share.
  • Manages sales teams continued growth and development, which includes coaching, counseling, training, and conducting annual performance appraisals.
  • Actively participates, plans and coordinates regional events and maintains relationships with industry organizations and vendors to promote the products and services offered by Stiles.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive nature of the assigned region and report, as appropriate, any market conditions that could impact our standing in the market.
  • Provide information to product groups / managers that can enhance their performance and our ability to deliver a superior product or service.
  • Works closely with Service Manager and other business units to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Other assigned projects or sales activity, as needed.
