- The Account Executive will report to the APAC Sales Director and play a crucial role in driving the growth of SmartBear.
- Responsibilities include discovering, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities, as well as upselling within the existing customer base.
- The role involves representing SmartBear in all sales-related matters and understanding customer business needs.
- The candidate will direct complex sales cycles, including account mapping and development of high-level relationships.
- Collaboration with various teams, including Customer Success, is essential to ensure successful product adoption.
