Stryker is seeking a Joint Replacement Sales Representative to work in a field-based role. This position requires a full-time commitment and flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.

As a Joint Replacement Sales Representative, you will work with a high degree of service, reliability, and commitment to sell Stryker Joint Replacement products that meet our customers' needs. You will become the resident joint replacement expert, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals to build and maintain strong business relationships and develop sales strategies. Your knowledge of both Stryker and competitor products will build credibility and trust with surgeons, providing them with advice and training on products and tools used to enhance lives.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role, three or more years of sales experience, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of current office technologies. You must also be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments and able to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required. Adherence to compliance and ethical principles is essential.
