The Sales Incentive Specialist is critical in the process of Incentive compensation where the successful candidate will lead and drive this initiative to ensure compensation alignment with the company's business strategies, goals, and competitive practices. This includes partnering and influencing senior business leaders and to secure our strategy 'Pay for Performance' by proactively and effectively build/update processes related to our SIC plans. As Sales Incentive Specialist you will lead the creation of analytics and KPIs related to Sales Commission data, PTQ analysis and summarize findings to management teams across multiple countries and multiple franchises.
