Sales Operations Analyst (hybrid)

Medical Trial Program Manager

This position is a hybrid role to our Portage, MI office (3 days/week on-site). This position is responsible for planning, forecasting, and execution of the Medical Trial program. This position will be a business partner to the sales organization, logistical partners, finance, manufacturing, and varying internal partners to enable data-driven decision making and a positive customer experience while ensuring compliance with Stryker inventory policies.

What You Will Do

• Process trial and demo requests in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team.
• Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times.
• Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions.
• Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to sales.
• Coordinate and recommend inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle.
• Interact with operations management on inventory issues.
• Respond to all requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with the Sunshine Act – Work with Sales Representatives with a focus on late returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool.
• Assist with development of trial and demo strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Utilize live sales tools and systems as a super user to support the sales force and sales management.
• Identify and implement process improvements for end-to-end trials.
• Oversee EIM enhancement requests and testing.
• Monitor and correct inventory sync issues between SAP and the 3PL system.
• Partner with Secondary Market Sales to maintain an efficient trial life cycle.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.

Preferred:

• Previous ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience in finance or sales operations setting
