Meet sales goals/quotas in the assigned territory and know the key accounts of the territory.
Follow up on sales from both the direct channel (hospitals) and the indirect channel (business partners).
Perform all commercial activities in accordance with current laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker's Code of Conduct, and the highest ethical standards.
Implement the established marketing strategies for the achievement of objectives.
Maintain and increase Stryker's participation in the assigned product line within the territory.
Evaluate and monitor the quality of the services/products we offer to hospitals and health professionals.
Act as a key resource for customers regarding product knowledge.
Serve as a liaison between the client and the different areas of the company, such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Compliance.
What You Need
Required:
Completed Bachelor's degree.
Experience in bidding processes.
More than 3 years of experience in technical sales of medical devices and knowledge of working in the operating room.
