Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker OI products to meet our customers' needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in the OR (Operating Room) and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth
- Communicating effectively and building relationships with stakeholders and customers, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving challenges
- Managing and prioritizing sales activities to maximize market potential
- Providing comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers
- Managing and maintaining sample inventory of products meticulously
- Adhering to compliance and the principles of responsibility
- Participating in and representing Stryker at industry events and conferences as required
To succeed in this role, you need:
- A bachelor's degree or 4+ years' experience in a sales role
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies and product demonstrations
- A valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
Travel Percentage: 80%
