We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our Foot & Ankle team in Perth. You'll be entering a strong portfolio with significant growth potential, supported by a Regional Manager and National Sales Manager who will guide and mentor you as you build the business.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage your territory within the Foot & Ankle portfolio
- Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams
- Support procedures in theatre and provide clinical guidance on Stryker's product range
- Learn the clinical side of the role in your first 3–6 months, building surgeon confidence and long-term trust
- Identify new business opportunities and execute plans to grow the region
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Who you are:
- Experienced in orthopaedics, trauma or sports medicine sales, or a fast learner eager to step into the space
- Naturally curious, competitive and self-driven with a willingness to learn
- Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly and thrives in fast-paced environments
- A strategic thinker who can plan, adapt and execute with purpose
- Confident in theatre settings and comfortable managing multiple priorities
