Sales Manager Surgical Technologies Germany Region Ost

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Expectations:

• Taking over the sales activities of capital goods as well as consumables of our product portfolio Surgical Technologies for the operating room.
• Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of your sales area in the East Region (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden).
• Conducting targeted new customer acquisition and customer support around the use of our exciting products Neptune and Safe Air.
• Implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies and negotiating with operating room management, chief physicians, hospital administrations, medical technology, and purchasing departments.
• Consulting and training medical and nursing staff on the use of products in the operating room as well as in the context of workshops and test demonstrations.
• Developing tailored concepts and financing plans for your customers.
• Active participation in trade fairs, conferences, and specialist events to expand your network and set new impulses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical technology or a comparable environment (e.g., financial services, capital goods sales).
• Passion for selling technically complex and sophisticated products and services.
• Experience in building long-term customer relationships and in new business development.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and an open, sympathetic manner.
• Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational talent, and a desire for responsibility.
• Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing.
• Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.

• Preferred:
• Completed studies in medical technology, civil engineering, or health management.
• Industry knowledge in medical technology, e.g., as a surgical technician or comparable activities within the industry.
• Routine in dealing with decision-makers at C-level.

Additional Information:

• Travel with your company car in the sales area can be up to 80% including occasional external overnight stays.
• Depending on the planning of your working week, you will be in the home office the rest of the time.
