We are recruiting our Sales Partner for our Traumatology division to invigorate and develop the Normandy region (50-14-27-76-61-72).

Your Profile

You are an experienced sales manager (M-F) passionate about commercial development, account opening, and sales of high-value-added solutions.

The Mission

Under the responsibility of the Regional Director, your mission is to develop and retain key accounts in your area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy an advanced territorial strategy on a portfolio of strategic high-stakes accounts
  • Drive growth through the management of complex sales (multi-products, multi-year) and high-level negotiations
  • Build and execute strategic account plans based on fine analysis of stakeholders and opportunities
  • Ensure commercial excellence through reliable forecasting, in-depth analysis of KPIs, and strategic reporting integrating risks and opportunities
  • Optimize profitability (margin, product mix, expense management)
  • Coordinate complex projects (tenders, product trials, deployments) transversally with several teams
  • Develop strong relationships with high-level stakeholders (medical directors, procurement) and represent Stryker in strategic contexts
  • Act as a product expert and mentor for junior profiles
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, RAQA, Clinical) to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with rules, anticipate risks (quality, financial, competitive) and ensure the application of internal processes
  • Contribute to national initiatives and represent the company at key events

Required Skills

- Graduated from a commercial training

- Minimum 7 years of commercial experience

- Successful experience in customer retention and acquisition of new accounts.

- Experience in proposing a strategic action plan elaborated thanks to your market data and in agreement with the company's strategy.

- Mastery of computer tools (MS Office, CRM)

Desired Skills

- Experience in the Medical sector

- Experience in complex sales with investment solutions

- Knowledge of public markets

- English
