The Senior Manager supports sales management by enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinates projects, develops processes and procedures, and contributes to sales support system requirements. Tracks sales activities to improve performance metrics and processes. This management position drives results through others, including direct subordinates, subordinate managers/supervisors, or non-direct reports. It requires a comprehensive understanding of discipline concepts and broader principles to address issues beyond the immediate area. Responsibilities include full team management, including management of numerous teams of managers/professionals, planning the teams' future needs and operations, and financial accountability for independent budgets.
