Sales Manager Spine Implants

Locations: Saarbrücken, Karlsruhe, Kaiserslautern, Germany

Time Type: Full Time

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Taking over the sales activities of our innovative spine implants and instruments.
  • Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of your sales area in the Saarland region and parts of Rhineland-Palatinate (including Saarbrücken, Kaiserslautern, Homburg, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Karlsruhe).
  • Conducting targeted new customer acquisition and supporting existing customers regarding the application of our products.
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with management, based on your market analysis.
  • Conducting negotiations with operating room management, chief doctors, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.
  • Developing and preparing customer orders as needed and ensuring timely order processing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Consulting and training medical and nursing staff on the use of our products, e.g., in the operating room or in workshops.
  • Participating in internal meetings to expand your specialist knowledge as well as at trade fairs, conferences, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Erforderlich: Several years of sales experience in the spine area.
  • Experience in building long-term, sustainable customer relationships and new business generation.
  • Experience in dealing confidently with the C-suite.
  • Communication skills, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution-oriented, excellent organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
  • Fluent German and good English.

Bevorzugt:

  • Completed studies: Medical Technology, Physiotherapy, Health Management, Engineering, or Business Sciences.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution-oriented, excellent organizational skills.
  • Industry knowledge in medical technology, e.g., as an Operating Room Technician (OTA) or comparable activities within the industry.

Zusätzliche Informationen:

  • Travel with your company car in the sales area can be up to 80% including occasional external overnight stays.
  • According to the planning of your working week, you will spend the rest of the time in the home office.
