 
                                                
                                            Manage and coordinate divisional sales efforts with Enterprise Account customers and divisional strategic customers. As part of the divisional sales leadership team, this role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Enterprise Account strategy which includes GPO's, Private Groups, and other strategic customers. Develop, implement, and enhance analytical tools for targeting and tracking; provide training, systems support, and marketing materials as necessary to support our sales efforts with key customers.
This role will assume responsibilities related to GPO, Private Group, Enterprise Accounts, business unit salesforce support, contribute as a leader on Strategic Sales education and development programs, subcommittees, special projects, or key initiatives. This role will serve as an ambassador for the business, driving the brand and value proposition to our internal stakeholders and will be actively involved in training, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development activities of team members.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the sales team to foster relationships with GPO's, Enterprise and divisional strategic accounts, integrating the Mako and Enabling Technologies strategy into the regional plans, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, working with sales team to identify/assess business opportunities, partnering with COE Tenders, Contracts & Pricing to develop analytical tools, partnering with Government, Private Group and GPO Enterprise Accounts to communicate the divisional strategy, identifying, developing, and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships, working closely with cross-divisional branches to drive collaboration and improve return on investment for Stryker, supporting cross-divisional leaders and managers on business opportunities, gathering market data and providing industry analyses as necessary, continuously assessing relevant markets to identify business opportunities, providing timely, informative data that enables management to make effective pricing and programming decisions, developing and implementing summary and exception reports to validate program performance, partnering with Marketing to identify and develop custom solutions for Enterprise accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and divisional leaders to develop a profitable strategy, partnering with Finance and leadership to identify price capture opportunities, identifying opportunities to maximize business by converting various GPO/Private Group/Enterprise Account agreements, recommending participation in industrial, scientific, and other types of exhibitions, collaborating with Sales Training team and participating in the sales and/or marketing training of others, acting as the point of contact for Enterprise Account RFP's, strategizing with Enterprise Account Management team and cross divisional partners on bulk buys for key customers, and monitoring and maximizing government funding opportunities.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of overall experience, 3+ years high level negotiation sales experience, direct experience in Medical Devices field, demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies, strong expertise in commercial strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement, fluency in English, Italian, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and particularly with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, fluency in Spanish, and prior experience working with Enterprise or divisional strategic accounts.
Territory: Southern Europe. Travel: Up to 60%. Role Type: Field-based. Base Location: Milan area preferred (within approximately one hour's drive from the city); Rome alternatively. Any major city in Spain may be considered if the candidate has strong Italian language skills and an existing professional network.
