Senior Sales Recruiter
The Senior Sales Recruiter works independently to help the Inari division find, attract, and hire top sales talent across the country. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop strategic recruiting strategies, ensuring we are bringing in the best talent. This individual will be the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, dispositioning and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future openings across the US
- Leverage market data, competitive intelligence and make hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics.
- Provide meaningful metrics around the market, hiring trends and any additional data on open roles and future opportunities.
- Deliver best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive and manage interview selection processes and lead debrief sessions
- Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure goals are achieved.
- Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years of Sales Recruitment experience
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing/outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment
- Handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- ATS experience – Workday Recruitment preferred
- Life sciences recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The pay range for this position is $89,200 - 111,500.
