Slack Specialist for CBU Argentina and Chile Territories

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Prime Account Executive (AE) to join our Slack team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic sales initiatives, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will leverage your expertise in data management, analytics, and cloud technologies to help clients unlock the full potential of their data.

The territory for this position is Commercial Business (Mid market and general business) Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, within client organizations.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven solutions that address client challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the value of slack offerings.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Strong ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
