We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Internal Recruiter supporting our AMER Sales teams. Our Internal Recruiters thrive in a fast paced, high volume, and process driven environment with an eye for detail. In this role, you will partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including senior Hiring Managers, Employee Success, Recruiting Business Advisors, Sales Strategy, and more to support internal employee mobility. Your general role responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at Salesforce
  • Leading the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept
  • Enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies
  • Participating in implementing and driving global recruiting programs
  • Building an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates
  • Learning the profiles within your supported talent communities so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
  • Partnering with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process

Basic requirements include:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, experience with internal recruiting and/or experience with sales recruiting a plus
  • Proven track record of excellent client engagement
  • Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior level hiring managers and executives
  • Understanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plus
  • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the values & behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,500 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
