Professional Experience

• 5 + years of experience in B2B consultative sales in technology companies (SaaS, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Data or AI).\n• Previous experience in Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud or NetSuite is a plus.\n• Proven track record of interaction with C-Level (CEO, CIO, CMO, CFO) and managing complex sales cycles (6–12 months).\n• Ability to structure solid business cases (ROI, TCO, Payback) to justify technology investment.\n• Regional or multinational experience in LATAM, managing territories or corporate clients.

Technical and Sales Competencies

• Consultative sales and value-based selling.\n• Design and argumentation of business cases based on financial impact.\n• Planning and execution of go-to-market strategies by industry.\n• Ability to connect solutions like Sales, Service, Marketing, Data or AI Cloud with business results.\n• Fluent in forecasting, pipeline management and methodologies like Sandler.\n• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills (presentations for board or C-Level).

Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

• Relationship Builder: generates trust and credibility quickly.\n• Active listening, commercial empathy and solution orientation.\n• Ability to work collaboratively with presales teams, partners and marketing.\n• Informal leadership: inspires and elevates team performance.
