Team & Role Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team in London that works directly with Salesforce's UKI CEO and COO to drive strategic planning & analysis.

The UKI Sales Strategy team is the driving force behind the operational and strategic execution of Salesforce's UKI business. We act as trusted strategic advisors to our UKI leadership, partnering with them to execute high-impact initiatives and drive revenue growth within the region. Salesforce is the world's #1 AI CRM, a $200bn+ organization where humans and agents work together to drive customer success.

Responsibilities & Impact

This role sits in the UKI COO Office, working directly with the UKI leadership team including the CEO & COO. The COO Office drives UKI-specific strategic initiatives, including go-to-market planning and growth analysis. You will help define performance metrics and build the reporting infrastructure needed to monitor the health of the UKI business. By identifying areas of weakness and making recommendations to senior leadership, you will help drive the growth of Salesforce UKI. You will also support the local operating rhythm, including forecasting cycles and executive-level business reviews.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in business analytics/ strategy, either in-house or through a management consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
  • Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in SQL critical!
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Strong ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and comfort in a high-paced environment.
  • Can work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
