Responsibilities

  • Direct the end-to-end pre-sales discovery, solution design, and framing for multi-cloud transformation programs working closely with account partners to structure the financial transaction strategy, implementation roadmap, and executive presentations.
  • Own the creation of the final Statement of Work, defining precise deliverables, scope, and implementation conditions in partnership with legal and revenue recognition teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and proactively mitigate engagement risks during the pre-sales cycle, and manage a smooth transition to the delivery team with all project details clearly documented.
  • Serve as a multiplier by mentoring team members and sharing best practices in solution design, framing, and engagement shaping.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level consulting services, with 7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform and 7+ years of deep experience in leadership of enterprise projects or programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the complete pre-sales cycle (discovery, solution design, estimation, and creation of Statements of Work for complex multi-cloud programs, including C-level presentations).
  • In-depth functional and/or technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, coupled with a strong commercial acumen regarding transaction architecture, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to lead complex workshops, influence diverse stakeholders, and translate ambiguous business requirements into framed and executable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Platform Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience in leading responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and developing go-to-market proposals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support client needs.
