This role combines two fundamentally different growth engines:

  • Corporate segment โ†’ scaling through indirect / partner-led model
  • Enterprise segment โ†’ winning strategic "big ticket" deals

You will be responsible for building a high-performing team and executing a dual strategy:

  • Scale efficiently through partners
  • Win complex, high-value enterprise transformations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build & execute dual go-to-market strategy
  • Define and drive a combined corporate & enterprise strategy aligned with SAP Czech Republic priorities
  • Build a scalable indirect model for the corporate segment (partner ecosystem, coverage, enablement)
  • Personally lead and support strategic enterprise pursuits ("big tickets")
  • Balance short-term revenue delivery with long-term market positioning
  • Corporate segment โ€“ indirect growth engine
  • Design and scale a partner-led sales model
  • Strengthen collaboration with key partners, including joint pipeline creation and execution
  • Ensure coverage, efficiency, and repeatability across the corporate segment
  • Drive volume business without losing value-based selling discipline
  • Enterprise segment โ€“ strategic deals
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex enterprise deals (multi-stakeholder, high-value, long cycles)
  • Engage at C-level with key customers
  • Build strong value cases and transformation narratives
  • Orchestrate internal teams (VAT, presales, industry experts) to win competitive deals
  • Leadership & team development
  • Build and lead a high-performing, accountable sales organization (approx 7 people)
  • Coach teams across both transactional (corporate) and strategic (enterprise) motions
  • Set clear priorities, performance standards, and expectations
  • Actively develop talent and ensure succession pipeline
  • Pipeline, forecasting & execution excellence
  • Ensure a robust and balanced pipeline across both segments
  • Drive disciplined forecasting and deal governance
  • Implement value-based selling methodologies
  • Maintain execution rigor across the entire sales cycle
  • Ecosystem & stakeholder management
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and SAP internal stakeholders
  • Influence without authority across matrix organization

What we expect:

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including cloud
  • Proven leadership experience (min. 3โ€“5 years)
  • Demonstrated success in: closing large, complex enterprise deals, building or scaling indirect / partner models
  • Strong commercial mindset โ€“ understands both volume and value business
  • Ability to switch between strategic thinking and execution detail
  • Experience in CEE / local market dynamics is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English/Czech/Slovak is optional
