Senior Solution Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Solution Sales Executive to lead our expansion efforts in the China (Global brands and exporter market). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record in driving new business growth. This role requires a proactive approach focused on self-prospecting to identify and secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Identify and implement strategies to effectively penetrate the China markets. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with marketing to create tailored promotional campaigns for the region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to customers and addressing challenges.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new business contacts.
  • Pipeline Development: Create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x the quota in pipeline opportunities. Identify and qualify opportunities, developing and driving strategy for Customer Experience solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, experience on new business development in the China exporter market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets, particularly in the SaaS, Customer Experience, or ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in China.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals.
  • Work with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  • Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts.

Focus on expanding the portfolio through the acquisition of new logos and securing new business opportunities.
