What You’ll Build

• Support functional decomposition of business requirements and help translate them into structured components
• Support data analysis and validation to provide insights for decision-making
• Contribute to process improvement projects, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimizations
• Prepare documentation including process flows, requirement descriptions, Excel analyses, and stakeholder summaries
• Support the product team with day to day tasks, research, and content preparation
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with an international, remote team

What You Bring

You are a great fit if you:

• Are currently enrolled at a university studying Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Have strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and attention to detail
• Bring strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data processing)
• Are comfortable working with productivity tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are eager to learn new technologies, data models, and SAP business processes
• Can work independently and effectively in a remote environment with flexibility
• Working from the office is not required

Where You Belong

The Sales Commissions Product Team at SAP is responsible for defining and optimizing processes that support global commission operations. We are looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) who will support business requirement analysis, data-related tasks, and process optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, and eager to learn how SAP runs its core sales compensation processes.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
