What You’ll Build

  • Supporting the Management & Account Executives with various administrative tasks and meetings
  • Marketing & Event Support: Preparing and organizing sales and team events
  • Assisting Account Executives in preparing market analyses and presentations for customer meetings
  • Scheduling appointments with customers and sales representatives, organizing the sessions
  • Collaborating with different departments like Pre-Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.
  • Reporting: Creating sales reports, analyzing sales figures
  • Engaging across multiple teams to support on critical sales process steps, such as: Customer data, sales processes, upcoming industry events, and new customer initiatives.

What You Bring

  • We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by learning with an opportunity to develop a corporate holistic view being in touch with all people involved in a sales cycle process
  • Master Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with a focus in economics, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power Point skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, so strong communication skill is a must
  • Multi-tasking/prioritization skills
  • Team player attitude: polite, helpful, who enjoys collaborating and have fun
  • Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced work environments and seek on continuous self-learning. Keen to learn and a positive attitude, even in the face of a challenge

Where You Belong

Our dynamic Corporate Net New Names Sales team is responsible for acquiring new corporate customers and systematically opening new markets. We manage the complete sales cycle from qualification and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and close, followed by a structured handover to Customer Success and Account Management. We collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Presales, and our partner ecosystem to accelerate pipeline and improve conversion.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
