✨ About The Role
- Lead, coach, and mentor a new team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales velocity, streamline the sales process, reduce friction points, and accelerate deal closure
- Establish and nurture relationships with technology practitioners across various locations to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
- Work diligently to prospect, qualify, and close business, leveraging a consultative approach and conducting effective product demos
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering (SE) to conduct technical and non-technical web product demos and ensure seamless customer experiences

- Experienced inside sales manager with a track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity and new logo acquisition
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with prospects and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
